That is the difference between simply selling products and actually understanding how they work.
Our job isn't to make the sale, our job is simply to present you with the various options available to you, answer the questions you have and assist you in whatever way we can. There is no pressure whatsoever. Our goal is to have you as one of our customers and will go to great lengths to provide exceptional service throughout the entire process from order to installation. We appreciate the repeat business of our many customers who in turn refer their family members to our company to assist them is saving thousands on their next cooling and or heating systems.
Orders can be places via the web site or by calling on of our friendly representatives. Order placed on the web can be processed 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. All orders placed on the site will be voice verified with you prior to you order being processed in our system or credit card charges applied.
The process is as follows:

Step 1: Select the product from our web site and add items to cart with the Add to Cart button located on each product page. Here is an example of the button you will use:
Step 2: Once you have selected the item(s) and accessories that you wish to purchase you may continue shopping or checkout. If you continue shopping you may return to checkout at anytime via the View Cart button located at the top of every page. Here is an example of the button you can use at any time to view your cart contents:

Step 3: Once you check out your order will be placed with one of our representative who will contact you via phone within 24 hours to voice verify your order with you.
Step 4: Once voice verification is complete our system with generate an electronic order confirmation that will be sent to you via email immediately. If you placed your order over the phone with one of our representatives you are at this step immediately.
Step 5: Check your email. Once your electronic order confirmation arrives, click the link provided in the email to access your order and accept the order for processing. At this point the order is placed with Smarterway warehouses and no other action is required on your part.
Step 6: You equipment will be placed in the packaging schedule with our warehouse. All equipment is palletized and shrink wrapped prior to being released to our carriers for shipment. All equipment is protected with packaging and security shrink wrap along with proper paperwork and labeling. Smarterway take pride in preparing your order so that it will arrive in the same condition it left our care on it's trip to you. Smarterway utilizes the best packing material and equipment in the industry.



Step 7: Smarterway packs equipment Monday - Friday. Shipments leave our warehouses daily via common carrier. Once your equipment has been loaded on a truck for transit, our system will generate a shipment tracking to you that will include all the information on your shipment including carrier, tracking number, carrier web site (for tracking if you would like) and their phone number. Transit times can be obtained by using your tracking link provided in this email.
Step 8: The carrier will call you directly to schedule a delivery day and timeframe for your order. Please note that all deliveries must be fully inspected and signed for by an adult with authority to do so.
Please Note: Many of the products we sell are big and heavy, and must travel via motor freight. Motor freight is different than many other delivery systems, in that there's not much chance a freight company will have a truckload heading from our location all the way to your location in a direct route. The way it works is, the carrier takes your shipment in your direction as far as that truck is going, then offloads at one of their depot locations. Another truck will then load it up and take it as far as they're going, and so on. It's not uncommon for a single shipment traveling clear across the country to have been carried by three or four different trucks along the way. Sometimes a day or two can go by while a shipment sits at each depot waiting for a truckload being assembled. This is why we can't guarantee a specific delivery date.
In our experience, cross-country motor freight can take anywhere from three days to two weeks. We supply you with a tracking number when we ship, so you can follow your shipment online or via toll-free telephone, and we instruct the delivering carrier to contact you in advance to arrange delivery when someone can sign for the order.
We offer three delivery options for motor freight orders:
1: Freight Depot Delivery: Delivered to a partner freight company in your
area, usually within 90 miles of your location. You pick up your shipment
at the depot and transport it to your house.
2: Business Address With Loading Dock: A location you designate where an 18-wheel tractor trailer rig can back up to a loading dock and offload. You pick up your shipment at the loading dock location and transport it to your house.
3: Residential Lift Gate Delivery: As close to your door as an 18-wheel tractor trailer rig can be maneuvered, and down on the ground. This option doesn't include moving the product into the house, un-crating, or installing.
4: Residential Delivery without Lift Gate: As close to your door as an 18-wheel tractor trailer rig can be maneuvered. Some smaller systems such as ductless mini-split can be delivered easily without a lift gate due to their lighter weight. This option doesn't include moving the product into the house, un-crating, or installing.
There are some instances where residential lift gate delivery simply isn't
on the menu:
1) The house is on a gravel road.
2) The house is on a one-lane road.
3) There is a bridge in the way that is less than 12' tall.
4) There is no place to turn the semi truck around at the house.
5) The driveway is exceptionally narrow, curvy or steep.
In these cases, you have the option of choosing depot or loading dock
delivery, and transporting the order the rest of the way yourself. We
have also had customers pay for lift gate delivery, then meet the truck
at a navigable location nearby, and use the semi's lift gate to lower
the shipment into a pickup or onto a trailer.
Step 8: Once
your equipment arrives you can contact your contractor/installer and schedule
the installation of your new equipment.
